Essentially Braze allows marketers to be their most engaging, always-on selves by giving them the absolute total spectrum of what’s possible in customer engagement technology. Hence the Be Absolutely Engaging tagline and foundation for the rebrand.

Previously, Braze leaned heavily on technical jargon, but now we lead with a focus on emotional connection through four key elements:

1. Infusing human touch through photography

2. Enhancing and elevating the colour palette

3. Developing a distinctive, own-able graphic system

4. Bringing in wit, humour, and a bit of edge to the brand voice
